30-Day Returns Policy

At www.averale.com, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and documentation

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.


Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, return shipping costs will not be charged to you.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind (for example, incorrect size or no longer wanted), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Instructions
    After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item
    Please return the item using a tracked shipping method.

Approved returns must be sent to our registered business address in the Netherlands.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
